Road Conditions & Weather Reports
Check road and weather updates before heading out. Winter storms can arrive quickly!
Tahoe roads often require 4-wheel drive, all-wheel drive, or chains. Be sure you know how to install chains. Chain installers are available at checkpoints for around $30-$40.
Always gas up before the drive—road delays can be unpredictable. Get the Latest Snow Report here and check out our live MLRTahoe Webcam.
